London Studio 1 is our flagship space in the capital: a 110 square metre floor with a dedicated 18 square metre gallery, built for multi-camera live television and podcast production in West London.
Four Sony HSC-100R broadcast cameras on robotic pedestals feed the gallery through professional CCUs, with three Auto-Q prompter systems for presenters. LED studio lighting runs from a DMX-512 console on a dynamic ceiling grid, so a news set, a talk show and a product launch can be lit in the same day. Audio goes through a digital mixer with eight wireless neck microphones, six podcast microphones and two in-ear monitors.
Generator and UPS backup keep live programmes on air. The studio is a regular home for live broadcasts, talk shows, corporate presentations and radio-style podcasts recorded on video.
