These terms apply to every studio booking with Vision Studios (“we”, “us”) in London, Dublin, Paris and Istanbul. A booking confirmed by us in writing forms a contract on these terms.
Bookings and quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days and are based on the dates, hours, crew and equipment described in the enquiry. A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation. Changes to dates, hours or requirements after confirmation may change the price and are subject to availability.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a deposit is payable on confirmation and the balance before the first day of hire. Prices exclude VAT or local sales tax, which is added at the rate in force. We may charge for hours beyond the booked time, for additional crew or equipment requested on the day, and for consumables.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation more than 14 days before the booking: deposit retained. Between 14 and 3 days: 50% of the booking fee. Less than 3 days, or no-show: 100% of the booking fee. If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, we refund all sums paid and have no further liability.
Use of the studio
The client is responsible for its cast, crew and guests while on our premises and must follow our safety, fire and security instructions. Sets, props and equipment brought in by the client must be removed at the end of the hire. Damage to the studio, fixtures or equipment caused by the client or its party is charged at cost of repair or replacement. Smoking, open flames, pyrotechnics, animals and hazardous materials require our prior written consent.
Equipment and crew
Equipment listed for each studio is provided in working order and operated by, or under the supervision of, our technical crew. Substitutions of equal specification may be made where necessary. We are not responsible for the performance of equipment brought in by the client.
Recordings and content
The client owns the content it records and is responsible for holding the rights, licences and consents needed for it. The client grants us permission to name the production and use behind-the-scenes photographs in our marketing unless it tells us in writing before the booking that it does not.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of recordings, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. The client is advised to carry its own production insurance.

Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Law
Bookings in London are governed by the law of England and Wales, in Dublin by Irish law, in Paris by French law and in Istanbul by Turkish law, with the courts of that country having jurisdiction.
