Vision Studios (“we”, “us”) operates broadcast and production studios in London, Dublin, Paris and Istanbul and the website vision-studios.net. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and your rights. It applies under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR (Ireland and France) and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

What we collect and why
Booking and contact forms. Name, email address, company, phone number, requested dates, the studio you are interested in and your message. We use these to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, to deliver the service and keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing the contract.
Emails and phone calls. Whatever you send or tell us, used for the same purposes.
Website usage. Our hosting provider records server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. If we use analytics, it is set out under “Cookies” below.
Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your IP address and browser data to tell people from bots. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Our email and hosting providers, Cloudflare (which sits in front of the website for security and performance), Google (reCAPTCHA and embedded maps you choose to load), and the studio team in the city you are booking. Where a provider is outside the UK or EU, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months. Booking records: 6 years after the booking, for tax and contract purposes. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, and ask for it in a portable format. Email booking@vision-studios.net. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK), the Data Protection Commission (Ireland), the CNIL (France) or the KVKK Board (Türkiye).
Cookies
The website itself sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie. Google reCAPTCHA and any Google Maps you choose to load set Google’s cookies. If we add analytics we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
