Istanbul Studio 1 is our largest flagship: 215 square metres, fully decorated and fully sound-isolated to television standard, with a 72-screen colour-calibrated video wall of 55-inch and 46-inch panels wrapping the set.
Four Sony HDC-P1 Full HD cameras with CCU control sit on heavy-duty pedestals, alongside a three-to-seven metre jimmy jib and an Auto-Q system with reflectors on the main cameras. The 18 square metre gallery is built on a modular workflow with two four-channel playout systems and two single-channel CG systems for on-air graphics. TV-standard cool LED lighting runs from a DMX-512 console on a dynamic ceiling grid, and a 32-input digital mixer handles eight wireless neck and hand microphones.
An 18 square metre reception area welcomes guests, and generator plus UPS power gives a 24/7 supply with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. It is the studio for daily news programmes, large-format talk shows and long-running series.
